2henning are a Swiss, nomadic Avant-Pop duo, consisting of Valeria Zangger (drums, samples, synths) and Rahel Kraft (vocals, synths, toys). Their imaginative, highly emotive sound is a wild collage of Indie Jazz, Experimental Electronica and a fearless, intelligent brand of Pop. The duo was founded in 2014, after a series of mind-altering improv sessions which took place at a shared rehearsal room. The same year, the group released their debut EP entitled “LIFT”, in honour of the elevator that got jammed, after the recording session, and held their instruments and all of their personal belongings hostage for a total of three days. The duo is currently gearing up to release their most ambitious work to date, a sophomore LP they dubbed “Puzzled Bird”. It will showcase material that was written and thoroughly explored live, over a period of 3 years.
