Listening is engagement, is action, is connection – a relational event. Often the act of hearing is reduced to the ear whereas it is a whole-body experience.

Inside/Outside is an installation, where one can sit, lay and walk in and around sounding paper and wood. In a one-week residency, Ortreport (temporary interventions), Rahel Kraft (sound art) and Urban Lienert (technical interface) transform 98 instructions from the book «Paradoxical Creatures» into a vibrating sculpture. The book is at the same time script, instrument and starting point for a space-filling sound sculpture and received the award «The most beautiful Swiss books 2020» designed by PIN. The intervention can be experienced for two days in Berne, Switzerland.
